Beauty, Art and Territory represent the beating heart of Colle di Maggio and have always been a great source of inspiration for the many illustrious artists who have frequented and frequent this place that seems suspended in Time, but is the incredible volcanic territory that surrounds the company to guarantee absolute quality that makes its wines, originating from important international and native vines, unique.
Strongly linked to its roots, Colle di Maggio also stands as a continuous source of experimentation which, with an anticipatory vision of the times, has led it to be the first Lazio winery to plant international vines 50 years ago in this region.
On the millennial volcanic soil that surrounds Colle di Maggio, in addition to native vines such as Bombino and Italian ones such as Fiano, ancient vines, of international origin such as Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot, are being planted.
A range of wines whose quality comes from the careful selection of wooden, cement and ceramic wine vessels, as well as from the new whole winemaking techniques.
